POLICIES FOR GROUP CLASSES and PRIVATE LESSONS

  • Tuition may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. If tuition has not been paid by the second week of classes, a late fee of $10 will be added. If no payment has been made by the third week of classes, the balance - along with the late fee - will automatically be charged to a credit card which is required at registration.

  • Students with delinquent accounts of 30 days or more will be suspended until tuition is received in full.

  • Checks made payable to: Curtain Call Studios. CCS accepts VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.  (We do not accept AMEX).

  • Tuition and fees are non-refundable.

  • There is a $25 fee added to your account for any transactions returned from the bank.

ABSENCES/MAKE-UPS FROM PRIVATE LESSONS

  • Due to the limited days and hours that CCS is open during the Summer months, we are unable to provide a private lesson as a make-up. However, students are allowed to attend any Group class in their age group as a make-up for their private lesson.

  • No credits or refunds are given for missed lessons.

  • Any absences or tardiness on the part of the instructor will always be made up.  If an instructor cancels a lesson with no make-up lesson, then you will receive a per lesson credit towards your next month’s tuition.

ABSENCES/MAKE-UPS FROM GROUP CLASSES

  • There are no refunds or credits given if a student is absent from class.

  • Students are able to make up classes anytime during the summer in another class of the same age group.

  • In the event that your usual instructor is absent, another qualified member of our staff will be available to substitute. If a substitute cannot be provided, either the class will be rescheduled as a whole by the instructor or you will receive a per class credit towards your next month’s tuition.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS

  • If a student chooses to discontinue classes, we ask that you notify the office with both a phone call and in writing (email is acceptable); no refunds are given for tuition paid.

  • If no notification is given within 2 weeks, the student will be dropped from the lesson or class.

*Curtain Call Studios reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without notice. In such a case, a refund for unused lessons will be given. CCS reserves the right to change policies as needed. Students will be notified of changes when they occur.
