Tuition Rates 

2026-2027 School Year Season

Starting this fall, we're moving to a simple, flat monthly tuition that includes everything. No more separate registration fees or costume fees throughout the year. We will just have one predictable monthly payment, same amount every month, no surprises.

 

When you enroll for the school year, you're securing your spot for the full season — August through May. Just like school, our program is designed to build progressively throughout the year, and our pricing reflects that full-year commitment.

 

Here is our monthly tuition for the 2026–2027 school year:

 

• Tiny Group Class (50 min) — $80/month

• Group Class (60 min) — $100/month

• Private Lesson with Instructor (30 min) — $145/month

• Private Lesson with Kelly (30 min) — $160/month

 

If your dancer takes multiple classes, simply add the monthly rates together. Same amount every month for the full school year.

 

What's included in your tuition:

 

• Annual registration (This fee helps us provide music, props and more for our classes)

• Two performance opportunities per year — our Winter Musical in December and Spring Recital in May

• Winter Musical shirt/costume

• Spring Recital costume for each group class

 

All group classes are automatically included in both performances as part of their curriculum. Private lesson students have the option to perform as well.

 

A note for our private lesson families:

 

You may notice that some months have 4 lessons and others have 5, depending on how the calendar falls. With our new flat-rate tuition, you will receive the same total number of lessons across the school year, nothing changes there. The flat monthly rate simply spreads that cost evenly so your bill is the same every month instead of fluctuating month to month. Over the course of the year, it will all even out. Studio Tuition Policies

 

Group Class Makeups

• No refunds are given for missed classes.

• If a student is unable to attend class due to illness or emergency, families may attend another class for the student's age group as a makeup. Please notify CCS via email or phone call 24 hours before you plan to attend your makeup class.

• In the event that your usual instructor is absent, CCS will provide a substitute. If a substitute cannot be provided, you will receive a credit toward your next month's tuition.

 

Private Lesson Makeups

• Students may reschedule up to 3 lessons per school year. Due to our instructors' full teaching schedules, we are unable to offer unlimited makeups.

• The studio must be notified of an absence in advance for a makeup to be offered. Makeups are not available for no-call/no-show absences.

• No credits or refunds are given for missed lessons.

• Parents are responsible for contacting CCS to schedule a makeup, which may be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

• If a scheduled makeup lesson is missed, it will not be rescheduled.

• If your regular instructor is absent and we are unable to provide a substitute, you will receive a credit toward your next month's tuition.

 

Withdrawal Policy

• Enrollment is a commitment for the full school year (August–May).

• Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month. Once tuition has been processed, no refunds or credits will be issued for that month.

• If you need to withdraw, written notice must be received at least 7 days before the 1st of the following month to avoid being charged.

• Recital costumes and Winter Musical shirts/costumes are non-refundable upon withdrawal, as these items are included in your tuition and ordered on your behalf.

Showstoppers Membership

 

Showstoppers Membership fee is $75/month which includes:

 

• Weekly Rehearsals within the season- season runs from August 10th to May 28th.

• 3 special workshops are offered throughout the season; it is mandatory for Showstoppers to attend 2 out of 3 workshops

• 2026 Showstoppers T-Shirt for all members

• Showstoppers Costume- New or Updated from previous seasons (TBD)

 

Returning members receive their first month free! You will not be charged a membership fee for the month of August. 

 

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Showstoppers is an auditioned performance troupe, all members must participate in the audition process and be accepted into the group. 

 

All showstoppers must be enrolled in classes that provide specific training related to performance in order to join the Showstoppers Performance Troupe. Members MUST be enrolled in at least one voice-related class/lesson and additionally one dance-related class/lesson. 

 

Showstoppers will be asked to sign a code of conduct upon acceptance to the group that outlines behavior and performance expectations.

Tuition Policies

​

• Autopay is required for all accounts and will be charged in full for all group classes, lessons & camps. Please make sure you are enrolled in the Auto-pay feature to avoid any issues. 

• ALL tuition will be charged on the 1st of each month. 

• Tuition and fees are non-refundable after August 10th when the season begins. Once payment is processed after August 1st  no refunds for classes/lessons not attended will be provided.

• If a credit card payment is denied when processed, a late fee of $15 will be added to your account if payment is not received by the 7th of the month.  

• NOTE: Convenience fees may be added to your online payment through our payment processing system beginning August 1st. ACH payments can be set-up in your student portal to avoid fees. 

• If a student chooses to discontinue classes, you must notify CCS by email or phone call. No notification results in your account being charged at the beginning of the month and no refunds will be given.
